She was predeceased by: her husband Felipe Peña; her parents, Santos Flores and Ines Flores; her son Juan Manuel Peña Flores; her siblings, Guadalupe Flores, Celso Flores and Piedad Flores; and her children, Maria S. Gallardo (Armando), Ruben Peña, Felipe Peña (San Juanita), Eulogio Peña (Guadalupe), Elisa Flores and Jose Alberto Flores. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Northside Chapels (800 Boston St, Laredo, TX 78041). A vigil service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 8:30 AM at the Begin Departing the Funeral Home (4519 E Del Mar Blvd, Laredo, TX 78041). A Mass was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the San Luis Rey Catholic Church (3502 Sanders Ave, Laredo, TX 78041). A burial was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery (3600 McPherson Rd, Laredo, TX 78040).
