It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Petra Raya (Laredo, Texas), who passed away on December 20, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Juan Raya; her parents, Jose Soria and Juana Soria; her son Juan Roberto Raya; and her grandson Christopher A. Trujillo.
She is survived by: her children, Rosa Elia Trujillo, Jr. (George), Rosario Sanchez (Fernando) and Romelia Aide Martinez (Miguel Angel); and her siblings, Elias Soria (Susana) and Maria. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren, numerous nephews, nieces, and other loving relatives and friends.
