It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rafael Ramirez Jr. of Laredo, Texas, born in Hebbronville, Texas, who passed away on August 22, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rafael Ramirez, Sr. and Adelaida Ramirez; his wife Graciela C. Ramirez; his parents-in-law, Roldan, Sr. and Amelia Chavez; his brothers, Javier Ramirez and Tomas Ramirez; his siblings-in-law, Arabella C. Hein and Roldan Chavez, Jr.; his nephew Fred Gus Hein, III; his niece Patricia Perez; and his cousin Anna Ramirez Wright.
He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia "Cyndee" Michelle (Mary); his daughter-in-law Mary; his grandson Ryan Rene Ramirez; his siblings, Bertha Ramirez, Manolo Ramirez (Sylvia) and Jorge Ramirez (Marie); his sisters-in-law, Noni Chavez and Marienela Ramirez; and his caregivers, Mine, Mirta and Itzelle.
