He was predeceased by: his parents, Ricard Dougherty and Maria Bertha Dougherty. He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Dougherty (Jasmin Hernandez); and his siblings, Patricia Medina, Sandra Dougherty and Richard Dougherty Jr.. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
