He was predeceased by: his parents, Alejandro Gonzalez and Catalina Gonzalez; and his brothers, Alejandro, Carlos "Chalo", Hector, Mario, Jose "Perico" and Raul Gonzalez.
He is survived by: his daughters, Claudia Gonzalez-Mata (Miguel), Laura Gonzalez-Ortiz (Joey), Eva Solis (Javier) and Evangelina Gonzalez; his grandsons, Nathan, Alex Mata, Randy, Marcos Solis and John Robert Ortiz; his sister Oralia Gallardo (Rudy); and his sister-in-law Yolanda Gonzalez. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
