He was predeceased by: his parents, Octavio Salinas and Alicia Salinas; his brothers, Rogelio and Raymundo Salinas; his daughter Olga A. MacGregor; and his grandson Joseph Daniel Ramirez.
He is survived by: his wife Irma M. Salinas; his children, Rosa Ramirez (Beto), Ana Salinas (Peter), Blanca Salinas (Victor), Roberto A. Salinas, Marisela S. Jacaman, Monica L. Morales (Arturo) and Lucio J. Cantu (Edna); and his sisters, Jean Salinas and Rosalia Salinas Shurin (Paul). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews and nieces as well as many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
