He was predeceased by: his parents, Cruz Rios and Lilia Rios; and his brothers, Ricardo Rios and Juan Monsivais. He is survived by: his wife Laura Rios; his children, Jessica Rios-Camarillo (Ruben), Kristy Rios (Jose Luis Sifuentes), Ramiro Garza Salazar (Graciela Castillo) and Julio Cesar Garza Salazar (Jazmin Martinez); his grandchildren, Katelynn Camarillo, Ruben Camarillo Jr., Joshua Rocky Camarillo, Klarissa Arellano, Jose Sifuentes Jr., Krystal Sifuentes, Kaylah Sifuentes, Juan Jesus Garza Castillo, Jorge Alberto Garza Castillo, Laura Jacqueline Garza Castillo and Miguel Angel Salazar Martinez; and his daughters, Edna Gonzalez, Diana Escamilla (Carlos) and Adriana Manickam (Vincent). He is also survived by numerous nieces, other relatives and friends.
