He was predeceased by: his parents, Catarino Ramirez and Rosa Ramirez; his wife Berta Ramirez; his siblings, Antonio Ramirez and Carmen Ramirez Trevino; and his daughter-in-law Raquel G. Ramirez.
He is survived by: his sons, Carlos Rene Ramirez and Gerardo Ramirez (Teresita). He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren; and his 12 great-grandchildren.
