She is survived by: her husband Jose Luis Alfaro; her children, Maria Guadalupe Alfaro, Jose Luis Alfaro Jr., Priscilla Lizet Alfaro, Jesus Francisco Alfaro and Mayra Alexandra Alfaro; and her siblings, Amparo Ramon, Magdalena Medina, Hector Medina, Luis Medina, Robert Medina, Ana Medina and Martin Medina. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
