We bid farewell to Samuel Aguilar (Laredo, Texas), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 26, 2025 at the age of 91. Samuel touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Hilda Trevino of Aguilar; his granddaughter Gloria Isabel Grimaldo; and his siblings, Arturo Luna and Susana Cantu Aguilar. He is survived by: his children, Marisol Gonzalez (Jose Jesus) and Nidia Veronica Aguilar (Jose Guadalupe Grimaldo); his grandchildren, Sherlyn G. Gonzalez (Gilberto Villarreal), Channtal Gonzalez, Andres Jesus Gonzalez, Veronica Guadalupe Castillo (Carlos Ernesto) and Marina Alexandra Alonso (Juan Antonio); his great grandchild Angel Ezequiel Castillo; and his sister Maria Aguilar. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services (1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, TX 78043). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
