He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Hilda Trevino of Aguilar; his granddaughter Gloria Isabel Grimaldo; and his siblings, Arturo Luna and Susana Cantu Aguilar. He is survived by: his children, Marisol Gonzalez (Jose Jesus) and Nidia Veronica Aguilar (Jose Guadalupe Grimaldo); his grandchildren, Sherlyn G. Gonzalez (Gilberto Villarreal), Channtal Gonzalez, Andres Jesus Gonzalez, Veronica Guadalupe Castillo (Carlos Ernesto) and Marina Alexandra Alonso (Juan Antonio); his great grandchild Angel Ezequiel Castillo; and his sister Maria Aguilar. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
