Hernandez; his son Samuel Hernandez III; his mother Carmen Hernandez; and his brothers, David Hernandez (Melissa), Daniel Hernandez (Monica Franco), Jaime Hernandez (Maria) and Martin Hernandez (Christie Lynn). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
