He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Nereyda Quevedo-Vasquez; his children, Deyanira Vasquez (Scott Michael Brinson), Samuel Vasquez Jr. (Janette Sanchez), Josue Vasquez, David Vasquez and Jose Maria Vasquez; and his grandchildren, Estelle Leyna Vasquez, Isabella Arya Brinson and Carlos Samael Vasquez.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hillside Funerals and Cremations (310 W Hillside Rd, Laredo, TX 78041). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM and at 12:15 PM at the Laredo City Cemetery (3201 N Meadow Ave, Laredo, TX 78041).
