It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Santos Cegueda (Laredo, Texas), who passed away on September 20, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eliseo Cegueda and Evangelina Cegueda; and his siblings, Jose L. Cegueda, Jesus Cegueda (Gregoria), Luis Cegueda and Maria Cegueda.

He is survived by: his children, Jose Luis Cegueda, John Manuel Cegueda, Chris Albert Cegeuda (Esmeralda), Diane Garcia (Jose Benavides), George Mario Cegueda, Mike Anthony Cegueda (Vanessa Lopez) and Rudy Roy Cegueda. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
