He was predeceased by: his father Rafael Moreno Sr.; his brother Rafael Moreno Jr.; and his nephew David Rivera. He is survived by: his children, Ignacio Alberto Ramirez Jr. (Cesi), Rosario Moreno and Anna Isabel Moreno (Sergio Garza); his grandchildren, Adrian Obregon, Fabian Obregon Jr. and Carmen Moreno; and his sisters, Carmen Rivera and Christina Corona (Jesus).
