He is survived by: his children, Ignacio Marco Antonio Benavides, Cesar Mauricio, Claudina Benavides, Hector Fabian Benavides (Evelyn) and Francisco Tovar; his grandchildren, Ibbys Benavides, Cassandra Galindo (Ramiro), Cesar Mauricio Benavides Jr. (Veronica), Michael Diaz (Gabriela), Bryan Benavides, Thomas Diaz, Paulina Benavides, Clarissa Diaz and Paloma Perez; and his great grandchildren, Adam, Helene Galindo, Mauricio Nicolas Benavides, Katalina, Makayla Diaz and Ximena Benavides.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hernandez (800 Boston St, Laredo, TX 78041). A prayer will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels (800 Boston St, Laredo, TX 78041).
