Cooper, Yolanda Peña Palacios and Laura Diaz; and his parents-in-law, Roman Perez Jr. and Alicia G. Sanchez.
He is survived by : his wife Elfida Palacios; his siblings, Maria, Carmen Gloria Palacios, Guadalupe P. Gomez, Ramiro Palacios (Celia), Rito Palacios (Gloria) and Jose Luis Palacios; his grandchildren, Angela, Tomas, Desiree, Sergio, Gerardo Jr., Ricardo, James IV, Benjamin, Nicole, Kayla, Alejandro, Marco and Lorenzo; and his great grandchildren, Cynthia, Ricardo Jr., Diego, Sofia, Hailee, Melina, Jezebel, Mateo, Olivia, James V, Luca, Elora, Elaine, Ezekiel and Isabella. He is also survived by children, 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
