He is survived by: his children, Octavio Saavedra (Maria Eugenia) and Monica Saavedra; the mother of his children Lupita Saavedra; his grandchildren, Julia Fernanda Saavedra, Paola Lucia Saavedra and Sebastian Saavedra; his sister Rosario Agredano; and his sister-in-law Ana Maria Saavedra. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
