He was predeceased by: his parents, William Broyles and Gloria Broyles. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Broyles; his children, Matthew Lizana (Catherine) and Jessica Hardy (Scott); his grandchildren, Levi Fore, Jenna Smith (Noah) and Trent De Lugas; his sisters, Patricia Earnest (Charles) and Barbara Rugh (Don); his nieces and nephews, Chuck Earnest, Angie Earnest, Kimberly Rugh and Donnie Rugh; and his siblings-in-law, Beth Waller (Willie) and Chris Knight. He is also survived by relatives, and friends.
