He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Ochoa and Hortensia Ochoa; and his brother Carlos Ochoa Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Diana Ochoa Johnson (William), James Ochoa (Lorena) and Ana Cristina Rodriguez (Daniel); his nieces and nephews, Jessica Celmer (Jonathan), Elizabeth Entrekin (James), Tina M. Ochoa, James Christopher Ochoa, Vanessa Rodriguez and Mario Rodriguez; and his great-nieces, Isabella Entrekin, Kensley Entrekin and Josephine Ochoa Robles. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
