He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rhoads and Diane Rhoads; and his grandparents, Homer, Mabel Rhoads, Jim and Cleo Rankin.
He is survived by: his daughter Shirey McKinley (Clint); his granddaughter Kameryn McKinley; his children, Holli Rhoads and Jimbo; and his brother Keith Rhoads. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
