She was predeceased by: her father Daniel Cargile; her husband Don McDonald; her brother Preston Cargile; and her brother-in-law Dwain Menefee. She is survived by: her mother Annie Cargile (Goodwin); her children, Donnie, Connie, Dana and Johnny; her grandchildren, Julie, Joshua, Russell, Jennifer, Ross, Robyn, Shanna, Macey, Rebecca, Tanner and DonAnn; her sister Dannie Rue Menefee of Sherman; and her sister-in-law Charlene Cargile of Lockhart. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ellis Funeral Home (104 E Ave F, Muleshoe, TX 79347). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Muleshoe Methodist Church (507 W 2nd St, Muleshoe, TX 79347).
