He was predeceased by: his parents, Hays Sr. Moore and Sue Moore (Powell); his sister Susan Lamb; and his brother-in-law James Lamb. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Jinks; his daughter Amanda Mitchell; and his grandson Micah Mitchell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Clear Lake United Methodist Church (16335 El Camino Real, Houston, TX 77062).
