He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlene Kay and A. J. Kay; and his sister Cheryl Kay-Baker. He is survived by: his children, Dustin Kay (Rebecca Rodriguez) and Hilary Kay; his stepchildren, Cristi Hebert (Hanna Eastin), Clarence and Patten; his grandchildren, Kole Fischer, Parker Hebert, Allen Jones, Elijah Hebert, Lincoln Kay and Hope Kay; his nephew Ross Baker; and his niece Leslie Dorrier.
