He is survived by: his daughters, Nevaeh Starr and Ellora Renee Martin; his mother Dawn Smith (Scott Manuel); his siblings, Richard, Justin Martin and Cheyenne Lambert; and his siblings' children, Kya Spalding, Phoebe Lambert, Julian, Caleb, Alex, Regan Martin and Neeko Lambert.
