With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Carol Cartwright of Leander, Texas, born in Corpus Christi, Texas, who passed away on December 27, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Cody Harris Mears Stark and Nova Estelle Roberts; her husband Eddie Dale Cartwright; her stepfather Solon Kellam; and her siblings-in-law, Warren Don Cartwright and Gaylan Jean Cartwright Kilgore.

She is survived by : her children, Kerry Cartwright (Kelly) of Pensacola, Florida and Candace Cartwright (Paul Wesson) of Leander, Texas; her brother Anthony Kellam (Linda) of Pflugerville, Texas; her grandchildren, Jeremy Shoemake (Kelsey), Joseph Cartwright, George Wesson, Christopher Norton (Bree) and Tina Norton; her great grandchildren, Christopher Andre Norton and Kaylee White; and her sisters-in-law, Gayle Henson, Rita Ingram, Lola Bartling (Jerry), Diane Bass (Jim) and Dean Cartwright (Debbie). She is also survived by nephews, nieces cousins and friends.
