We announce the death of Flor Angelica Frey of Leander, Texas, who passed away on September 20, 2026, at the age of 73. Flor will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her father Sebastian Noriega; her son Juan Cladio; and her mother Melita Flores. She is survived by: her husband Maximo Rivera; her daughter Joana Claudio; her siblings, Javier Nogueira, Arlindo Nogueire, Liz Nogueire and Margot Nogueire; and her grandchildren, Alia Madarieta, Austin Lilly, Victor Claudio and David Claudio.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ramsey Funeral Home (5600 Williams Dr, Georgetown, TX 78633). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church (1101 W New Hope Dr, Cedar Park, TX 78613).
