With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Hageman in Leander, Texas, who passed away on September 6, 2023 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his wife Marita; his children, Marnie Hageman (Evan Spurlock) and James Hageman; his siblings, Phyllis Anderson (Dennis), Carol Cain (Chuck) and Kenny Hageman (Erica); his nephew Daniel Anderson (Katie); his great-niece Isabelle; his great-nephew Ethan; his niece Jessica Anderson; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Samantha, Charlie and Evie; and his nieces and nephews, Jason Anderson, Chase Cain, Chandler Cain and Kimber Hageman.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Fort Worth Zoo, one of Dr. Hageman's favorite places in the world.
