He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lou Browne Howell and Larry E. Howell; and his brother David Howell. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Ruth Thompson Howell of Leander, Texas; his siblings, Jennifer Anne Howell of Leander, Texas, Lawrence Mark Howell (Amy) of Scottsdale, Arizona and Sarah Krzyzanowski (David); his brother-in-law Mason Thompson (Darla) of Leander, Texas; his nieces and nephews, Cassidy, Leslie Clare, Stephen, Ashley, Aidan, Julia and Emily; and his friend Mackenzie Cook. He is also survived by cousins, many extended family members and friends.
