He is survived by: his wife Brandi Lynn Hernandez; his children, Brianna Nicole Hernandez, Nikki Hernandez (Nikki C.) and Nathan Jeremy Hernandez; his mother Erma Martinez Hernandez; his sisters, Sandra Martinez-Hernandez and Sharon Serna (Raymond); and his nephew Jeremy N. Carranza (Randi). He is also survived by many extended family members, coworkers, and dear friends.
