He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Wilson Hart and Lillian Virginia Anderson Hart. He is survived by: his wife Judith Carol Hart; his daughters, Iva Alyson Igau (Michael D. Igau) of Leander and Natalie Elaine Questell (Adam Questell) of Houston, Texas.; and his grandchildren, Carlee Igau Coleman (Alex), Ashley Igau, Aidan Questell, Alexa Questell and Evelyn Questell.
