He is survived by: his wife Jeanie Smith; his children, Olisa Smith of Leander, Texas and Vincent Smith, Jr. (Katy) of San Antonio, Texas; his siblings, Erma Braxton of Exmore, Addie Smith (William) of Exmore, Violet Patterson (Edward) of Hampton, Alice Giddens of Chester, Maryland and Thomas Smith, Sr. (Marietta) of Onancock, Virginia.; and his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Tripp, Tobyn, Poppy and Saylor. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and cherished friends.
