Yotha Woodmancy Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Yotha Woodmancy in Leander, Texas. Yotha, born on March 1, 1934, passed away on June 25, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Erwin Guston Gest and Marie Friedarika Seifert; her daughter Diane Krick (Jack Melvin Woodmancy); and her brothers, Howard Gest (Hanna) and Clinton Gest (Willie Mae).

She is survived by: her husband Jack Melvin Woodmancy; her children, Ruth Myers (Lee), Gary Woodmancy (Terri) and Rickie Woodmancy; and her grandchildren, Laura Whited (Jimmy), Chelsea Morgan (Edmund) and Cody Woodmancy (Kelly). She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and 2 great greatgrandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made, in her honor, to Salem Lutheran Church located at 9322 FM 812 Austin, TX 78719.
