He was predeceased by: his parents, George Francis and Veora Francis; his nephews, Andrew Jr. and Kevin Michael Collins; his brother Glenn; and his siblings-in-law, Samuel L. Ross and Elaine Smith Francis.
He is survived by: his daughter Josette Francis; his granddaughter Jariah Tene'Francis; his siblings, Vivian Lavata Francis Ross, George F. Francis, III, LaVerne Francis Reid (Robert) and Rosetta Francis-Robinson (Clyde); and also, Mitchell Judie (Rose) and Jeff Turner.
