He is survived by: his sons, Chance Els of Giddings and Colt (Cheyenne Els) of Ledbetter; his stepchildren, John (Jennifer McMath) of Georgia and Jennifer McMath of Giddings; his grandchildren, Weston Els of Giddings, Riggs Els of Ledbetter and Savannah Smith of Giddings; and his sisters, Marilyn Jane Lebo of Katy, Sharon (Otis Proske) of Ledbetter and Karen McCoy Fischer (Bobby Fischer) of Loebau. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
