He is survived by: his father Martin Howard (Cindy); his wife Jennifer Howard; his children, Sadie Grijalva (Juan), Halie Howard (Nicholas), Hunter Howard, Avery Coker, Ashton Balvin (Triniti) and Aydan Balvin; his grandchildren, Myles Malone, Maddox Malone, Axl Grijalva and Levi Grijalva; and his siblings, Jeremy Howard, Kelli Blackwell (Scott) and Kyle Horton (Brandi). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and beloved friends.
