She is survived by: her sons, Sonny Carter of Leonard and Rick Carter (Allie) of Sunnyvale, Texas; her grandchildren, Hope, Faith, Gracelyn and Hudson; her great grandchild Jaxson; and her brother Garland Kelsey of Beebe, Arkansas..
