He was predeceased by: his father Roy Villegas of Smyer; and his nephew Jonah Ellis (Gina Ganaway) of Lubbock. He is survived by: his children, Benjamin Ellis (Tanya) of Lubbock, Lilian Northcutt (Cory) of Levelland, Marissa Ellis (Xavier) of Lubbock, Texas and Tyler McInturff of Sundown, Texas; his mother Jerry Ellis of Midland, Texas; and his siblings, Jeremy Ellis (Elisa) of Warren, Joshua Ellis of Smyer, Texas, Marivel Garcia (Martin) of Zapata, Annabelle DeJesus (Lazaro) of Zapata, Vanessa Castro (Adam) of Lubbock and Donna Villegas-Demel (John) of Levelland, Texas. He is also survived by 31 nieces and nephews and 22 great-nieces and great-nephews.
