It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mildred Hazelbaker of Levelland, Texas, born in Holly, Colorado, who passed away on April 10, 2024, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Percy Lynch and Letha Smith Lynch; her husband Warren Hazelbaker; her brothers, Clyde Lynch and Gene Lynch; and her granddaughter Baylee Langham.

She is survived by : her son Mike Hazelbaker (Helen) of Lubbock; her grandchildren, Holly Crawford (Kris) of Fort Worth and Dan Hazelbaker (Jennifer) of Lubbock; her great grandchildren, Ashlee Pinkerton (Justin) of Fort Worth, Cassidy Tuscana of Grapevine, Greg Langham of Florida, Christian Hazelbaker of Glassglow, KY and Evan Hazelbaker of Lubbock; and her great great grandchild Rylen Pinkerton.

A graveside service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Levelland Cemetery.

In lieu flowers, it is requested memorials be made to Hickory Terrace Activities, Interim Hospice or First Baptist Church, Levelland.
