She is survived by: her husband Glen Dale Smith; her children, Rodney Smith (Kim), Julie Polk (Jimmy), Terry Smith (Yvonne) and Billy Smith (Mindy); and her grandchildren, Kendra Clark of Lubbock, Lauren Smith of New York, NY, Hunter Smith of Fort Worth, Charley Harley of Lubbock, Billy Harley of Lubbock, Jeremy Polk of Rockwall, Megan Johnson of Levelland, Easton Smith of Lubbock, Daphne Smith of San Antonio, Alexus Smith of Corpus Christi and Landon Morgan of Pampa. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
