He was predeceased by: his mother Pearl Crosby Simmons. He is survived by: his children, Lauren Aya (Marc) of Pearland, Melissa Terry (Calvin) of West Plain, Christopher Simmons of Ohio and Matthew Simmons of Arkansas.
