He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Allen Cook and Lona Mae Bass Cook; his son Jared Russell Cook; his brothers, Danny Cook, Randy Cook, Andy Cook and Steve Cook; and his brothers-in-law, Randy Price and Kenny Coats.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Dennese Price (Becky); his daughters, Kristen Elizabeth Epperson (Gustavo Diaz) of Tulia, Micala Grace Epperson of Lubbock and Morgan Nicole Epperson Moore (Andy); his granddaughter Zayleigh Mae (Jimmie Lee Cook) of Abilene; his siblings, David (Gail Townsend) of San Antonio, Texas and Gayla Gonzalez (Tim) of Littlefield, Texas; and his siblings-in-law, Frances Coats, Glenda Gibson (David), Ricky Price (Deborah) and Dennis Price (Monica). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
