He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Lee and Eunice Burton Burrell; and his brothers, Clyde Lee Burrell, Jr. and Clayton Dan Burrell. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Medina of Liberty, Texas.; his daughter Anicia Kuchesky (John Horstman); his siblings, Janice Hamilton (Don) and Wayne Rex Burrell (Kim); and his sister-in-law Wanda Burrell. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
