She was predeceased by : her parents, Max William Davis and Betty Williams Davis; and the father of her children Vernon Caninenberg. She is survived by : her husband Vernon Caninenberg; her children, Debbie Polasek (Wes) of Liberty, Lynn Neely of Orange and Kent Caninenberg of Liberty, Texas; her grandchildren, Chris Caninenberg (Kristin), BJ Helton, Angie Vargas (Andrew), Lamar Bean, Tiffany Henderson (Neal), Krystal Pittman and Liz Polasek (Arron); her great grandchildren, Drew, Cooper, Adelyn Vargas, CJ Pittman, Aubrey Slaten and Clara Caninenberg; and her sister Carol Nielsen (Bob) of Lake Jackson, Texas. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Allison Funeral Service (1101 N Travis St, Liberty, TX 77575). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
