He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Johnston and Henrietta Robar; and his wife Gayle Hopson Johnston. He is survived by: his children, Justin Johnston and Julie Wilner (Chris Partin); his grandchildren, Lily Johnston, Jude Johnston and Audrey Wilner; and his sister-in-law Jill Fulghum. He is also survived by extended family and countless friends.
