He is survived by: his children, Vernon DeDear (Marsha), Donna Wakefield (Wallace) and Donald DeDear (Angela); his grandchildren, Jason DeDear, Stephen DeDear, Samantha Ritz (James Jr.), Jerry Wakefield (Kelly), Jeff Wakefield (Crystal) and David DeDear (Kayla); his great grandchildren, Brayden DeDear, Cassity Jordan, Trey Ritz (Jauze), Rebecca Ritz, Shelby Brown (Chris), Austin Ainsworth, Savanna Glover (Mastin), Lillian Bishop (Chad), Kenadee, Andee DeDear, Hunter, Harley and Kennedy Templeton; his great great grandchildren, Alexander Keckler, Elisha Ritz, Kymberlee Ainsworth, Rabs, Kace Glover, Lane, Stella and Winston Bishop; and his brother Donald R. DeDear (Pat). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
