She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Janik Kolarik and Alfred Kolarik; her husband Emil Buchta; her son Ronald Buchta; her grandparents, Peter and Marie Janik; her siblings, Raymond Kolarik, Ignas "Ike" Kolarik and Ellene Kinser; and her children-in-law, Michael Tyler and Barbara Buchta.
She is survived by: her children, Rita Tyler of Liberty, Texas, Donald Buchta of Dayton and Raymond Buchta (Tammie Buchta) of Crosby; her daughter-in-law Hazel Buchta; and her siblings, Mary Ann Thamm of Needville, Barbara Ann Meche (Ladgi Meche) of Cleveland, Texas and George Kolarik of Portland, Oregon.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
