He is survived by: his mother Annie Mae Earls; his children, Crystal Earls, Rivers William Earls, Jr. (Nieesha) and Richard Jenkins; his godson Armand Dudley; his wife Ulrika; his mother-in-law Jerry Pagan (Thomas); his grandchildren, Rivers William Earls, III, Anaya and Justin Nance; his siblings, Sharon Harps (Andrew), Evelyn Fleming, Carolyn Clark (Rodney, Sr.), Willie Mae Earls, Gary Paige, Sr. (Trina) and Anthony Earls, Sr. (Diana); and his uncle Lawrence Paige (Betty). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
