He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Tregg Towery and Anna Lou Stephens Towery; his niece Brandee; his pets, Festus, Mia and Ralph; his children, Jonathan, Michael (Susanna) and Katy; his grandson Greyson; his close friend Amy; his sister Tammy Dulock (Gaylon); his nephews, Troy, Travis and Shannon; his sister Tracy Tynes (Phillip); his nephews, Tyler and Josh; his brother John Towery; his nieces and nephews, Lorin, Madison and Tregg; his sister Teri Pharr (Jim); his nieces and nephews, Kelsey, Kelston and Kaedyn; his aunt Twyla Wilson; and his cousin Toby Towery.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Elm Mott Fire Department in honor of Trent's name.
