He was predeceased by : his parents, Alford Bartlett and Billie Bartlett Smith; his stepfather Bob Smith; and his sister Jeannie Wade. He is survived by : his wife Mellonie of Lindale, TX; his in-law Derrell Clark (Wilma) of Arp, TX; his siblings, Alphia Medine (Tommy) of St. Francisville, LA and Donny Bartlett (Claudette) of Monroe, LA; his brothers-in-law, Buddy Wade of West Monroe, LA and Ron McKay (Darline) of Frankston, TX.; his children, Stephanie Green (Lee) of Dubach, LA, Chris Bartlett (Mickie) of Sheridan, AR, Bethany Snow (Todd) of Bullard, TX and Amanda Enright (Trey) of Bullard, TX; and his grandchildren, Phillip Green (Destiny), CJ Green of West Monroe, LA, Bailey Green of Dubach, LA, Ryan Enright, Riley Enright of Bullard, TX, Aden, Liam Bartlett of Sheridan, AR, Emily Enright and Chloe Snow of Bullard, TX. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel (623 US-80, Monroe, LA 71203). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
