He is survived by: his wife Mary Wintters of Red Springs; his sons, Brandon Wintters (Laura) of San Antonio, Blake Wintters of Starrville and Bruce Lowe of Tyler; and his sister Barbara Lynn Mangrum of Longview. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.
